I’m Indrè — a mother, and a dreamer who believes that beauty starts with courage — the courage to be yourself and to do things differently. I’ve always lived life with curiosity — moving through different countries, exploring new cultures, chasing art, beauty, and connection. Every experience has shaped who I am today and how I see beauty: not as perfection, but as expression. My passion for creativity and my love for people naturally evolved into what I do now — running Hair & Makeup Bar, a salon and creative space that celebrates individuality. It’s not just about hair or makeup; it’s about confidence, conversation, and care. As the beauty industry changes, I’ve learned to grow with it. I believe in the power of the modern world — digital, fast, and limitless — but I always hold on to old-school values: honesty, warmth, respect, and hard work. My personal style — and my philosophy — is natural, sophisticated, and timeless. I’ve always believed that every woman is truly beautiful, inside and out. When our soul shines, our face follows. A touch of colour, a beautiful blow dry, or a good outfit can help our inner confidence come alive. Over the years, I’ve met thousands of women, listened to their stories, and seen their struggles — and their strength. As a mother and self-taught entrepreneur, I understand how it feels to build something from nothing, to dream without a map, to keep going when things feel uncertain. I come from Lithuania, from a generation that didn’t grow up believing in big dreams — but I did. Watching movies, imagining other worlds, I learned that life is about possibilities. I’ve carried that spirit into everything I do. Today, my work reflects that same energy: fearless creativity, emotional intelligence, and a deep belief that every woman can glow. Through my salon, my digital projects, and my new online classes — Effortless Look by Indrè — I want to help women rediscover their beauty and power in a simple, real way. Because beauty isn’t complicated. It’s connection, confidence, and the choice to be happy.
